. Legal Referrals .

The Assistance Center will provide contact information for qualified attorneys who can assist with problem in the area where the problem exists. Where possible, the attorney will be able to speak the same language as the Member. The Member is responsible for final selection and payment of the attorney.

. Bail Advances .

Where permitted by law, Members will be advanced up to US $5,000 in bail funds. The Member will be responsible for reimbursement through a credit card; wire transfer into an Assistance Center bank account, a cashier's check or another approved method.

. Legal Assistance .

Upon request, the Assistance Center will advise the proper Embassy or Consulate of a Member's incarceration. The Assistance Center also will continue to communicate with the Member and any other party designated by the Member until the situation is resolved.
