GENERAL PROVISIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Traveler’s Emergency Network, Inc. (TEN) Member Services are provided by contract with On Call International, AIG Insurance, and others, and are subject to change without notice. Services not arranged or approved in advance by AIG will not be reimbursed.
Members must call the toll-free or collect telephone numbers for On Call that is listed on their Membership Cards to receive services. Medical transportation services are only provided if authorized in advance by AIG. AIG advises that in a serious medical emergency, Members should seek immediate medical help first and then promptly call On Call.
Members have access to Medical Referrals and Information Services prior to departure or during a trip; Medical, Legal, Personal and Special Services are available whenever a Member is 100 miles or more from his or her permanent residence or in a foreign country on a covered trip.
TEN Memberships provide coverage for US residents taking individual trips up to 90 consecutive days in length.
