TEN Members are provided the telephone response assistance services by Seven Corners Assistance. Seven Corners provides the group evacuation and repatriation policy for TEN. Seven Corners also provides assistance and claims adjudication services. Seven Corners is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. The global support system is provided by AIG Assist.

Evacuation and repatriation services are provided by AIG Assistance and AIG insurance.
